At Sutton Hollow Design, most of our items are made to order. This means that once you place your order, we begin the production process and create your item for you.
Due to the personalized nature of some of our items, please allow 7-10 business days for your item to be created before it is shipped out.
Shipping
How long does an order take to arrive?
Standard shipping takes about 7 to 10 business days during the regular season. During the holiday seasons shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 48 hours, we’ll reship the item.
Returns
What items are eligible for return?
Items are eligible for return within 7 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition.
Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and your item will be replaced.
